Welcome again to my site for the massively popular entertainment machine known to the world as Crowned Eagle Entertainment.
This is the home of some of underground music's most innovative artists and influences. Any album that features or is produced by a member of Crowned Eagle Entertainment is taken to a higher level. Any live performance featuring anyone from Crowned Eagle Entertainment is taken to a higher level. It is my goal to see
talent the majors don't see and to display what the political asylum that is called main stream music withholds from a public that deserves to hear it. I, myself, have outlasted and out-performed many artists that were said to be much better than me as critics who are destined to be chained to the lake of fire for not taking a professional unbiased approach when critiquing the results of my hard work then quietly limp away in morbid deadly frustration.
This site and associated social network pages are for your enjoyment and celebration of the longevity of the entertainment and music career of M.C. Too Tall and associated individuals. Not to spew lies about us. That being said, all comments within good taste are welcome and remember censorship is an outrage!

Thank you.

Artists, Performers, Promoters and Benefit Concerts
When an artist/performer turns down benefit concert appearance after benefit concert appearance, including ones geared up to raise awareness of mistreatment of fellow human beings, then I say it must be because it's all about them and their ego and they will only do stuff to raise awareness for their flimsy brand of whatever it is they do. I must say I haven't witnessed this in the underground with my own eyes even though it unfortunately does happen and, if you've truly been following me, you know my record shows I haven't snubbed any series of benefits, myself, but you definitely see it happen in the mainstream a lot. No need to name specific mainstream artists who, if under advisement from management to snub a benefit, in my opinion, should flip the bird at them and go in anyway.
Self promotion is necessary in this underground world but that must be put aside when it comes to matters like disasters or a rise in physical violence locally against a particular community of people because self promotion in the face of all that makes the artist come off like an egomaniac especially when their methods of self promotion already raise suspicions of that.
I think self promotion is great. It gives an artist a chance to create an alluring persona and build around that. But the facade has to come down in emergency situations. Not to toot my own horn or say "Hey! Look what I'm doing for the victims of such and such!" but, as I said, my record speaks for itself and to say "This post looks good but you're part of the problem because you don't practice what you preach." would make whoever says that or anything along those lines look stupid in the eyes of the people who know my dedication and how I hold giving back particularly in emergency situations of high importance... But it's never about me... Fellow artists and promoters, kudos to many of you for knowing this already but to the few that don't, next emergency that comes up, which hopefully won't be for a long time to come, please put down the egostick a minute and pick up a phone and make something happen to raise funds and/or awareness and band people together for a common cause. Thanks for reading this. I'm M.C. Too Tall.

Marc Carson
When I learned of Marc Carson, I couldn't help but think of Yusef Hawkins and Willie Turks here in Brooklyn and Sophie Lancaster in England. All had something in common with one another which is they were all attacked by bullies while they were minding their own business. People should be able to mind their own business and live their lives especially in 2013 but there are knuckleheads out there who will bully others who have something not common with themselves and have been since the beginning of time. Goes back to the youth, I say, and finding time, even losing sleep to educate them at a young age that you could debate all day and agree to disagree but initiating a physical attack on a fellow human being who is not a menace to anyone is just wrong. Defend yourself however you can when under physical attack by a bully but never be a bully yourself. There are too many real enemies we should be uniting against to be thrashing, bashing and shooting each other over subtle differences and I have said this before. Then again, I think I just preached to the choir.

To all you up and comings out there, I have this to say regarding balance. Here goes...
There should always be a few little things you're not obligated to share with anybody without the person you share everything else with questioning whether or not you love them. Also, my friends, when having at least a whole foot in the entertainment field, the combination of age and gender of the people whose names and faces you promote through social networking out of necessity should not determine the size of the cloud of suspicion that hangs over you or if any size cloud should even be there at all. The personal life of a public figure being a stressful one is not a necessity.
People who are not artists, even if they appreciate the art, cannot understand that as artists, we primarily are not control freaks but we want and need some realm in our lives big or small in which we have full control. Give us our piece of time and most of us artists are happy.
In other news, as you probably know by now, I have a wedding coming up. It will be a civil union and I look forward to a long lasting marriage of love, happiness and mutual support without all the drama I have seen in the marriages of some of my contemporaries. To those of you artists out there who say they have no time for a significant other, you can balance it with your public life so long as that significant other is supportive and trusting. If not, let the chips fall where they may and life goes on. Only an artist would understand that. - M.C. Too Tall

Not For Just Anybody
There are and probably always will be adversaries due to the subject matter of my lyricism and the manner by which I promote it, not just on my Facebook fan pages but on my "regular" Facebook account as well.
I'm sorry if my not being like the Fresh Prince disappoints a small handful of people who were never fans to begin with but for those who want the Fresh Prince, there is... Well... The Fresh Prince.
My music is not geared toward the "all-American" red headed kid with freckles out with mom and dad at the circus having good clean fun. Like it or not, there is a market for brutalass lyrics about brawling, bruising, bashing, smashing, slaughtering, slashing and even decapitating people and/or squashing their brains and that's where guys like me come in. Have I done any of this or intend to do it in the real world? Well, as a human being, I've been sucked into my share of brawls but as far as decapitating a fellow human being goes, I've done that to the same exact amount of audience members at Otto's Shrunken Head, Parkside Lounge, The Delancey or any other NYC hot spot I performed at as theater goers that Wes Craven sent the actor, Robert Englund to physically slash up with a metal clawed brown leather glove. A song is no more and no more less influential than a movie, a play, a painting or any other expression of art. People who physically hurt others in an effort to put their own spin on the art they've seen and heard are just sick bastards and the artist's work has little to nothing to do with that. How about seeing early signs that something's not right upstairs and institutionalizing people like that? If one form of art can depict something brutal, so can another. If one genre of music can be dangerous, so can another. There is a market for everything hence the title of my next album "New Logos and New Marketing Schemes". NEW projected release date is September 1, 2013 (my actual birthday) Hopefully I can live up to that date for, of course, none other than YOU THE FANS! Thanks for reading. - M.C. Too Tall

First Week of June 2013

First week of June 2013 will be a stretch of life changing experiences for me, most important of all would be my upcoming civil wedding with my girlfriend of over three years. She's famous under the name Scarlett Venom. I know her as Jennifer. Three years is a long time to be looking into someone's eyes and getting the same rush as when we first started dating. Gentlemen, if time has past with you and your special lady and you still get that feeling when you look into each other's eyes, please, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. She's the one. Marry her. That's what I'm doing with my special lady come June 7th. I love her and that's about as deep as I'm gonna get with the public on the subject. Her presence does amazing things for my mind and body. I'll say it again. I love her forever!

...and ever and ever!

And I would never turn our wedding into a three ring circus...

That being said, Crowned Eagle Entertainment is kicking off a monthly event June 4th to be hosted by Luna Vega who is now officially a member of our nest. Resident DJ will be Scarlett Venom, the very same person I'm tying the knot within JUST THREE DAYS!!! Guest DJ is Cyclonus from the Arkham parties and WE HAVE A LIVE BAND!!! The live band will be Faith and Mark. The following month, who knows? Maybe V3SS3L! The name of the event, by the way is Schärlachmönd Extreme and the inaugural ball edition is as mentioned June 4th at La Boheme Lounge 1790 Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn New York and we intend to have a large attendance on that night. Take the N train to Kings Highway and walk over. Real easy, hopps!

The following afternoon June 5th at Otto's, we have a guest appearance and Jonesy (known as Bryan Defiance) is the birthday boy (about 7 months younger than me) and the Who on Rew&WhO? It should be a fun experience, We'll talk about our wedding which by then will only be two days after that. Then of course, on June 7th we're gonna be maaaaaried. :D

A brand new monthly event within the first week of every month with D.J. Scarlett Venom, hosted by Luna Vega (formerly of the Pyramid Club) and a variety of guest DJs as the expected support progresses and possibly even another resident DJ also determined by support. Thus far, this will be a free event encouraging fet-goth attendance but will be inclusive to all mature adults entertained mainly with electronic/alternative music.
For this, the one and only inaugural ball edition, joining Scarlett and Luna will be guest D.J. Cyclonus (Arkham) and featured band Faith and Mark (Dance Close, Life Goes On).
The venue itself, La Boheme, is spacious and candle lit with scarlet walls, a skylight that lets in the moonlight on a clear night and is equipped with full bar, friendly open minded staff and HOOKAH! Sounds too good to be true? Well, seeing is believing and we'll see you there!
